Our client is a Japanese Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for HR Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Gather and analyze market data to measure the competitiveness of compensation and benefit package, and make recommendation as appropriate.
  • Assist with the annual salary review process and control payroll process.
  • Develop people development (career path, training, competency and Evaluation system) that meet with company business strategies.
  • Review employee annual performance appraisal.
  • Manage employee medical scheme, health issues and medical referrals.
  • Undertake other tasks as agreed with the Superior.
  • Ensure training is conducted according to the Training Plan.
  • Other Human Resource Matters.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from psychology, legal or management.
  • Min 10 years of experience as HR Manager in Japanese manufacture.
  • Business level of English.
  • Experience in employee development program, compensation and benefit.
  • Proven strategical thinking and leadership.
