Job description

Responsibilities:

• Input Journal Entries bank transactions for all payments in our system Microsoft Dynamics GP
• Handling all bank payment transactions to vendors, Tax, customs, suppliers and other related parties
• Handling Petty Cash (Prepare, collect and validation Petty Cash Voucher) and input journal entries in system
• Filling and documentation of Payment Vouchers for all related transactions – Bank & Petty Cash
• Assist to provide forecast payment and cash flow projection
• End month closing activities: Bank reconciliation, adjustments & other reconciliation necessary
• Handle foreign exchange transactions including underlying and other statement letters
• Support and provide data to External auditor – financial audit and Tax Auditor – Tax audit
• Support accounting team to annual stock taking
• Prepare and provide weekly, bi-weekly report and monthly reports related to financial transactions
• Do any ad hoc duties from direct Superior / Plant Controller
