About the Role

The CSA Drafter is responsible for preparing accurate and coordinated drawings across the civil, structural, and architectural disciplines for building and infrastructure projects. This role requires strong technical drafting skills, a good understanding of construction and design standards, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including MEP and construction personnel.

Responsibilities

• Preparing accurate and coordinated drawings across the civil, structural, and architectural disciplines for building and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD/Revit drawings for civil, structural, and architectural elements.
• Interpret and apply markups from engineers and architects.
• Coordinate drawings with MEP, structural, and other engineering disciplines.
• Produce and maintain as-built drawings, drawing logs, and revision records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate degree in Architectural, Civil, or Structural Drafting, or equivalent technical training.
• 2+ years of experience in a CSA drafting role, preferably in a multidisciplinary or construction-focused environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, and experience with Revit, Civil 3D, or similar drafting tools.
• Understanding of construction methods and terminology related to civil, structural, and architectural design.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, sketches, and specifications.
