We are looking for exceptionally smart individuals with strong low-code development skills in Outsystems and a deep understanding of software architecture. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using OutSystems.

2. Own end-to-end delivery of application modules, ensuring best practices in development, testing, and deployment.

3. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with external systems and databases.

4. Implement security, performance, and data protection best practices.

5. Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into functional applications.

6. Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure maintainability of applications.

7. Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain system stability.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

2. At least 3 years of experience (preferably over 5 years) in software development, with OutSystems experience.

3. Strong understanding of low-code development principles, architecture, and best practices.

4. Possess relevant certifications e.g. Outsystems Associate Developer, Outsystems Architecture Specialist, Outsystems Web Developer Specialist.

5. Experience integrating OutSystems with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).

6. Proficiency in OutSystems Service Studio and Integration Studio.

7. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

8. Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software testing strategies.

9. Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, zero-defect code.

10. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

11. Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively with a team.

12. Able to work full time WFO from our office in Bandung.

Bonus Points For:

1. Experience with Java, C#, or JavaScript for custom integrations.

2. Familiarity with Vue.js or React for front-end development.

3. Previous experience working in enterprise software development or large-scale applications.
