Job description

Responsibilities

1. Manage and supervise Team Leaders and Area Support Specialists in achieving Micro business targets in the Area through increasing productivity
2. Monitoring the achievement of disbursement products, net growth and NPL to achieve Financial targets
3. Monitoring the quality of COC so that risk factors and all work processes are in accordance with applicable provisions

Qualifications

1. Minimum education is: Bachelor Degree (S1)
2. Minimum 8 years of experience as a Sales Manager in banking industry.
3. Have experience managing both direct and indirect teams
4. Strong understanding of banking products, including micro business products.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
