Job summary
A leading IT company in Jakarta is seeking an IT Operations Manager to coordinate IT infrastructure services and ensure quality performance against SLAs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in managing IT operations. Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices is essential, along with excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing large-scale IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management best practices.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery and execution of IT infrastructure services.
- Monitor service quality and performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Serve as the key contact point for service-related escalations.
- Collaborate with technical teams and partners.
- Apply IT service management best practices in operations.
Skills
Education
- Coordinate the delivery and execution of IT infrastructure services and projects (e.g., workstation setup, device rollout, network equipment, managed services).
- Monitor service quality and performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Serve as the key contact point for service-related escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Apply IT service management best practices (e.g., ITIL) in day-to-day operations.
- Bachelor Degree of Information Technology/Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing large-scale IT operations and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management best practices. Preferably with ITIL v4 Certification
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills
- Accustomed to administration and documentation works
- Willing to travel
