About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic IT company, PT Sapta Tunas Teknologi, based in the vibrant city of Central Jakarta. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to be a key player in the growth and success of our organisation.

What you’ll be doing
  • Proactively manage and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts, building long-term, trusted partnerships
  • Regularly meet with clients to understand their evolving business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Negotiate and close new business opportunities, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial agreements
  • Work closely with our technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support for clients
  • Identify and pursue new business leads, expanding our client base in the local market
  • Provide regular performance reports and analysis to both clients and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of our sales and account management strategies
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management or client‑facing sales role, preferably within the IT or technology industry
  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients at all levels
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation skills, with a customer‑centric approach
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales/account management tools
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
