Job description

Supervisor IT

Supervise and coordinate the overnight IT support team, ensuring smooth system operations and timely issue resolution.

Monitor network performance, servers, and connected IoT systems for uptime, stability, and anomalies.

Troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software systems, including IoT devices and microcontroller-based equipment.

Implement and document overnight system checks, maintenance routines, and incident reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, maintenance, security) to ensure system reliability.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to overnight IT staff.

Escalate and communicate critical incidents to senior IT management.

Willing to be placed in Cibitung, Bekasi.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations or technical supervision.

Hands‑on experience with IoT systems, microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, etc.), and embedded systems.

Strong understanding of network infrastructure, hardware maintenance, and system monitoring tools.

Experience working with automation systems, sensors, and industrial IoT environments is a plus.
