Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement the company’s IT security systems to ensure data and system protection.
• Supervise the management and maintenance of IT equipment and ensure proper allocation according to company policies and operational needs.
• Plan and conduct training sessions for internal staff on the effective use of IT systems and equipment to optimize performance.
• Provide input and solutions for IT-related issues to management and coordinate with subordinates to ensure problems are resolved effectively.
• Plan and oversee proper data storage, backup archiving, and provide technical support to internal users.
• Collaborate with department heads to provide consultation and recommendations on upcoming work plans and technology resource development (hardware, software, infrastructure).
• Design, develop, and implement desktop- and web-based application solutions tailored to company needs.
• Prepare and manage the IT department budget efficiently and effectively based on departmental requirements.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management according to the position and company needs.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial IT role.
• Proven experience managing IT teams, both onsite and remotely.
• Hands-on experience in system upgrades, infrastructure migration, or IT service management tool implementation.
• Proficient in hardware troubleshooting, software, and computer networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, Mikrotik).
• Experienced in managing Windows Server, SQL Server, VMware Server, Web Server (IIS, Apache), and Zimbra Mail Server.
• Skilled in SQL programming, PHP, and ASP.NET.
• Solid understanding of SLA (Service Level Agreement) and ITIL framework (ITIL certification is highly preferred).
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity; experience with Fortinet Firewall is an advantage.
• Preferably has experience in property management or building operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
