About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive/Manager to join our team in Palembang, South Sumatra for the sales and marketing of TBR Commercial Tires/Heavy equipment Parts. This is a full‑time role that will be responsible for business growth and achieving proposed sales targets.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Setting sales goals and targets for the team, and monitoring performance to ensure objectives are met.
• Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.

What we’re looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales & marketing role, ideally within the sales industry, with working more than 5 years for Sales Manager.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Thorough understanding of the sales industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
