We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to manage IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware & software issues, and ensure smooth system operations. The ideal candidate should be experienced in networking, IT administration, and basic automation.

1. Diagnose and resolve hardware & software issues (Windows, macOS, Linux).
2. Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure (MikroTik, VPN, VLAN, Firewall).
3. Maintain IT assets, software licenses, and renewals.
4. Set up backup, security, and system optimizations.
5. (Bonus) Assist with basic video & image editing.

1. Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLAN).
2. Experience in hardware & software troubleshooting.
3. Ability to configure MikroTik routers & networking tools.
4. Familiarity with Google Workspace & Trello.
5. Experience in IT tools & software license management.
6. (Bonus) Basic video & image editing skills.
7. Must be fluent in English.
