A leading consulting firm in Indonesia seeks a candidate to oversee the operational processes of its retail division. Responsibilities include driving effectiveness, building partnerships with cross-functional departments, and influencing district performance to achieve operational and profitability goals. The ideal candidate will develop strategies based on insights and track business performance to maximize profitability and productivity.
Oversee the full operational processes of the retail division, including retail operations, real estate, and store renovation projects.
Drive departmental effectiveness by accomplishing related targets and managing end-to-end retail functions.
Build strong partnerships with cross-functional departments such as Marketing, HR, Finance, Merchandising, and Collection to develop long-term retail strategies.
Influence district performance to meet sales, customer service, operational excellence, and profitability goals while ensuring safety standards.
Lead new initiatives by leveraging consumer insights, marketplace trends, and strategic feedback.
Develop country-level and area-level budgeting and forecasting plans aligned with corporate retail initiatives; track and analyze business performance.
Create action plans to maximize profitability, productivity, and overall business growth.
Maintain constructive relationships with Retail Dealers and manage district performance by staying updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, revenue, wages, shrinkage, and operating income.
