About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at PT. OCS Global Services (OCS Indonesia). This full‑time role will be based in Jakarta Raya and will play a crucial part in driving new business development for our organization.

What you’ll be doing
  • Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities through market research, networking & cold calling.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Conducting face‑to‑face meetings to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Preparing and presenting professional proposals and sales presentations.
  • Negotiating price, contract terms and closing sales deals.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
What we’re looking for
  • Ability to connect with clients and convey value clearly.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Ability to close deals effectively and handle objections.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales enablement tools.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales professional in hard services, preferably with experience in the Facility Management Industry.
  • Knowledge and experience about ESG implementation in Facility Services is a plus.
