A recruitment agency in Jakarta is searching for a Technical Account Manager responsible for managing pre-sales projects related to customers. The role involves ensuring customer requirements are met, acting as a liaison between sales and engineering teams, and leading client-related projects. Candidates should have substantial experience in technical roles with proficiency in cloud technologies like GCP and AWS. Strong project management and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
PERSOL APAC Indonesia is currently assisting our client looking for a Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing all pre‑sales projects that are customer’s related, including but not limited to:
Ensuring all processes of the customer’s requirement run smoothly and meet expectations.
Acting as a communication bridge between Sales and Engineering Team.
Conducting technical assessment of the customer’s infrastructure.
Leading kick‑off meeting and tracking ongoing client‑related projects up to finishing and documentation.
Creating cloud topology and architecture solution to be converted into project.
Preparing comprehensive reports on the progress of all assigned projects.
Continuously learning and staying updated on new technology related to cloud and virtualization management, migration, and deployment.
