Job description

The Senior NetSuite Solution Architect at Hubexo is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the company’s NetSuite ERP platform across core business areas, including finance, operations, procurement, and commercial processes. This role combines strategic solution architecture with hands‑on configuration and delivery — ensuring that NetSuite supports Hubexo’s business growth, integrates seamlessly with key systems (HubSpot, Chargebee, DealHub), and meets enterprise‑grade performance and governance standards. The architect will lead small, cross‑functional teams and work closely with both internal stakeholders and external implementation partners to deliver a scalable, efficient ERP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, configuration, and rollout of NetSuite ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Projects, CRM, Integrations).
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, well‑documented NetSuite solutions.
  • Manage and execute data migration, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance.
  • Oversee integration design between NetSuite and key systems such as HubSpot, Chargebee, and DealHub.
  • Configure custom workflows, scripts (SuiteScript), dashboards, and reports.
  • Lead the evaluation and adoption of new NetSuite features and modules.
  • Partner with business process owners to streamline financial and operational workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data governance standards.
  • Coach internal teams and provide knowledge transfer to ensure long‑term system ownership.
  • Collaborate closely with external vendors, developers, and functional leads to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8–10+ years of ERP experience, including 5+ years of NetSuite architecture and delivery.
  • Proven track record leading large‑scale ERP or finance transformation programs.
  • Deep understanding of NetSuite modules (Financials, Order‑to‑Cash, Procure to‑Pay, Projects).
  • Experience integrating NetSuite with CRM, billing, and CPQ systems (HubSpot, Chargebee, DealHub).
  • Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and NetSuite API.
  • Familiarity with data migration and ETL processes.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, or SuiteFoundation) strongly preferred.
  • Experience leading small technical or functional teams.
