A leading ERP solutions provider in Jakarta Selatan is looking for a Manager Business Development to build and manage a strategic sales pipeline. The candidate should possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business or related fields and at least five years of experience in ERP or related businesses. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends and developing the Business Development team to achieve sales targets. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in both English and Indonesian are essential for success in this role. The position will offer opportunities for growth within a dynamic team.
Min. bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, IT, or related fields from reputable university, local and overseas.
Minimum 5 years experience in similar position serving any ERP software, Hardware or Business Consulting company as Business Consultant, Sales, Pre‑Sales or Solution Architect with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong know‑how in IT terms especially integrated processes in applications/ERP according to business practices.
Independent, creative, team player, target oriented person and capable to build sales pipeline.
Able to work in limited time schedule and quality working standard.
Able to manage resources and team involved in the complete selling‑cycle.
Fluent in English, excellent communication and presentation skill and able to communicate with several levels of person in the organization.
Excellent writing skill, business proposal, letter, etc. both in English and Indonesia.
Familiar and fluently to work with personal productivity tools such as word processing, spreadsheet, presentation as well as project management applications.
Build Strategic Sales Pipeline, analyze markets and industry trends, track sales and status reports.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software/ERP industries to meet sales targets and grow revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and partners in the software/ERP industries.
Develop and manage Business Development team member to achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Present solutions and investment benefit to existing and prospective customers.
Develop proposal, contract, or any administrative and legal documents needed.
Develop and drive digital marketing activities such as email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing campaigns to generate leads and create brand awareness in the software/ERP industries.
Expedite the resolution of customer request within internal cross department to bring the solutions.
Coordinate sales lifecycle activity with team members and other departments (presales, consulting and CSD).
Supply management with reports on sales lifecycle and pipeline generation.
Note: This position will be assigned to our subsidiaries.
