Job summary
A leading digital technology company in Jakarta is seeking an IT support specialist to ensure optimal performance of IT systems and provide technical support. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support. What you will do, but not limited to:
- Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and stability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff regarding IT-related issues, including hardware and software problems.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and related equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and improvements.
- Document and maintain records of issues, resolutions, and system changes.
- Conduct routine backups, system checks, and security audits to ensure data integrity and security.
- Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or operations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with hardware, software, and networking.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of operating systems, server management, and database systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
