About this opportunity: We are looking for dynamic young talent or recent graduates with 0-2 years of experience (including internships) who are passionate about building a future leadership career in supply chain management. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within our organization, develop strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and leadership capabilities in an end-to-end supply chain environment. You will be part of a team driving key initiatives from demand forecasting to delivery, influencing stakeholders, managing risks, and helping the company achieve its goals with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

What you will do:

• Support and participate in the end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, risk management, and delivery management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to influence decisions and achieve organizational targets.
• Drive initiatives that promote positive change and improve supply chain operations.
• Apply strategic thinking to solve complex problems and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Develop leadership skills by managing small projects or teams, adapting responsibilities according to your strengths and growth.
• Learn and grow through exposure to various supply chain functions, helping to shape the future direction of the organization.

The skills you bring:

• Recent graduate or early career professional with up to 2 years of relevant experience (including internships).
• Strong leadership potential with the ability to inspire and work well with others.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Positive mindset and eagerness to drive change and innovation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across international teams.
• Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong initiative and motivation for continuous learning and professional growth.
• Basic understanding of supply chain concepts such as forecasting, risk management, and stakeholder management is a plus.
