General Requirements

• A minimum 3 years in the similar role, preferable in a luxury 5* hotel/resort.
• Strong preventive maintenance plan, time management, problem solving skill and technologically savvy.
• Have the experience in project or renovation management will be advantage.
• Highly motivated, passionate, energetic with excellent inter personal skill.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and computer literacy skills.
• Open for Indonesian citizen only and preferably Bali domiciled.

Key Responsibility

• Ensure all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical, operate at optimal efficiency.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life.
• Oversee repairs, upgrades, and daily operational checks of hotel facilities.
• Maintain compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and health & safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and safety drills in coordination with relevant departments.
• Drive the hotel's sustainability initiatives, including energy and water conservation programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of compliance records, inspections, and certifications.
• Prepare and manage the annual engineering budget, including capital expenditure planning
• Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising service quality.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute capital projects aligned with the hotel's long-term strategy.
• Set clear performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide coaching to team members.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
