About the role
Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speakers) to join their team in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. This full-time role will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to senior executives, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to assigned executives, including managing, and scheduling appointments,
Handling a variety of tasks such as preparing reports, composing and proofreading correspondence, and organising meetings and events
Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools
Adaptable, flexible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
