Distribution Development Supervisor
Job summary
A leading food and beverage company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Supervisor for distribution development. The role involves ensuring compliance with SOPs, managing distributor performance, and mapping distribution needs. Candidates should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience and a relevant degree. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in distribution development.
- Experience in distributor reviews and determining Exclusive Salesman requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure distribution processes follow company standard operating procedures.
- Identify and qualify new distribution points and replacement distributors.
- Review and monitor distributor performance.
- Map areas to plan distribution points and manpower needs.

Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in distribution development (including finding/replacing distributors if needed).
- Experience in distributor reviews and determining Exclusive Salesman requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, data analysis, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
