A leading beauty retail company in Indonesia seeks a marketing manager to develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at increasing equipment sales across various channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of managerial experience in sales and marketing, particularly within the beauty industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to meet targets under pressure are essential for this role.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase equipment sales in Shop, Dept Store, and Wholesale.
Responsible for achievement of the store with set timeframes.
Identify new market opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Manage and lead sales team to achieve sales targets.
Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for marketing strategies.
Coordinate marketing activities including promotional campaigns, trade shows and other marketing events.
Compile regular sales and marketing reports and present to management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and improve service.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
At least 3 years of working experience in a managerial position in sales and marketing, especially in the beauty industry.
Having an extensive network in the beauty industry sector is a plus.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
