The Role
We are seeking an experienced Omni Channel Business Manager to join our team at PT Indogal Agro Trading. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the development of our meat shop, online shop, and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products through an integrated omni-channel strategy. Focus on sales growth, product innovation, brand positioning, and digital & offline marketing campaigns. Based in South Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing RTE products & strengthening the brand in the market.
  • Managing 360° marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events, partnerships).
  • Optimizing retail & e-commerce operations, including inventory and cold chain distribution.
  • Leading cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, digital, R&D) to achieve business KPIs.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in an omni-channel or e-commerce environment
  • Excellent understanding of digital sales channels and customer engagement strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data to drive business decisions
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with the agriculture industry is preferred but not essential
