Kualifikasi pekerjaan:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of work experience in management or supervisory roles.
  • Experience in café, bar or restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, accounting, and customer service.
  • Experience in pre opening cafe or bar.
  • Strong ability to lead and develop a diverse team of employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff management and customer relations.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to meet revenue and sales targets.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and cleanliness

Job description:

  • Establishes Cafe business plans by surveying Cafe demand.
  • Controls purchases and inventory.
  • Record cost, stock, and sales performance of cafe.
  • Maintains operations by preparing policies, reservation systems, and standard operating procedures, aiming for consistent productivity and quality.
  • Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food and beverage service offerings.
  • Help recruit, train and manage cafe staff to meet service quality standards.
  • Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy facility by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the cafe industry.
