• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in distribution development (including finding/replacing distributors if needed).
• Experience in distributor reviews and determining Exclusive Salesman requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, data analysis, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
