Job summary

A technology company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a motivated individual to drive new business opportunities and lead presentations for its B2C product. The role involves coordinating between Building Management and internal teams to ensure effective implementation and achieve sales targets. Job description

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by partnering with Building Management (BM) to adopt Parkee’s B2C product.

Deliver presentations, conduct product pitching, and lead negotiations with BM until agreement/contract signing.

Organize and support product socialization sessions with building users/tenants/visitors to introduce and encourage usage of Parkee’s B2C product.

Act as the main liaison between Building Management, end-users, and internal teams (marketing, business operations, product, business development) to ensure effective implementation.

Monitor ops on-site performance and coordinate with the ops team to ensure execution aligns with business targets.

Achieve sales, transaction, and user adoption targets.

Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, negotiation progress, socialization activities, and ops performance.

Collect feedback from BM and end users to support product development and improvements

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, internship or freelance experience in sales is a plus

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

High motivation, target-driven, and eager to learn

Analytical mindset with ability to identify customer/BM needs and propose effective solutions

Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills to process and analyze sales or client data

Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team

Willing to travel or work flexiblehoursifneeded
