Overlooking the scenic South China Sea, an hour away by ferry from Singapore, Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon will introduce Swiss-inspired hospitality to Bintan in celebration of Mövenpick’s rich culinary legacy. The resort is set to be the new beach getaway destination for all generations with standout facilities, including 420 rooms & suites, two golf course, three lagoon swimming pools, unique restaurant concepts, a two‑storey beach club, spacious event spaces. We are seeking a Reservation Agent to join our team in Movenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon, Indonessia. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a professional experience from the initial reservation process.

• Deliver professional and efficient customer service to all guests
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and online reservation requests with utmost professionalism
• Optimize revenue through strategic recommendation of additional services and amenities
• Provide comprehensive information about our property, facilities, and accommodate special requests
• Ensure accurate processing of reservations, including correct recording of all guest details and preferences
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and address any concerns
• Maintain current knowledge of promotions, rates, and availability to provide precise information
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of the property’s policies, procedures, and services
• Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and uphold high standards of service

• At least 1 year experience in the same field at the hospitality industry.
• Fluency in English; additional language (Mandarin, Japan, Korea, French) skills are a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills with a guest‑focused personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer applications
• Ability to multi‑task and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
