We are seeking a talented BIM Operator to join our growing team at PT Tirtobumi Adyatunggal, a leading engineering firm based in Surabaya, East Java. PT Tirtobumi Adyatunggal is primarily focused on national Toll Road construction projects and other large-scale infrastructure developments. As a full‑time member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high‑quality Building Information Modelling (BIM) content to support our diverse range of engineering projects.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models and associated documentation, ensuring adherence to company standards and client requirements
• Collaborate with project teams to coordinate the integration of BIM models and data across disciplines
• Generate detailed construction documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and schedules from the BIM models
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of BIM workflows and best practices
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on the use of BIM software and tools
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest BIM technologies, tools, and industry trends

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM Operator or similar role in the engineering industry
