A company specializing in travel and hospitality services in Jakarta is seeking a Data Analyst to manage and improve the claims handling process. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Global Distribution Systems, especially Amadeus, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have excellent communication abilities in English. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to process optimization and customer satisfaction within a dynamic team.
As a Data Analyst in the Central Claims team, you will be responsible for running and supporting the client’s Claim Service. Your role will focus on managing claims efficiently, improving processes and tools, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the claim handling cycle. You will work closely with both internal and external partners to resolve issues, deliver accurate analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
To manage and improve the claim handling process from cost control to payment, ensuring compliance with SLAs while driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role also contributes to process optimization, analysis, and collaborative issue resolution.
You will manage the claim handling process from cost control to payment based on the agreed SLA.
You will manage improvements in claim processes and tools.
You will provide regular status reports on audits, large claim amounts, airline relationships, and direct settlement process implementation.
You will deliver quality analysis on key claims to prevent future cases and increase customer satisfaction.
You will support peers in escalated issues.
You will address major claims across functional areas until resolution.
You will interact with internal and external partners to ensure smooth claim handling.
Experience using Global Distribution Systems, specifically Amadeus.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and programming knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with notions of project management.
