Job description

Maintain and manage accounting ledgers by accurately and promptly posting all financial transactions.

Review and analyze daily financial activities to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

Prepare monthly financial statements accurately and deliver them within established deadlines.

Collaborate with Finance and Tax teams to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Support audit and tax processes by preparing and maintaining complete and accurate documentation.

Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and organized for easy access and reference.

Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support smooth interdepartmental workflows.

Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff in daily operations and reporting.

Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by the manager to support business objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting

Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.

Experience in public accounting or a similar role in a corporate setting.

Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance.

Proficiency in accounting softwareand Microsoft Excel skills
