What you'll do:

• Bank Reconciliation
• Billing Process in Xero
• Preparing and checking bank payment
• Creating Sales Invoice and Debit Note (and send it to user)
• Managing General Ledger Accounts
• Supporting Audit
• Preparing data for company performance analysis
• Supporting and maintaining Internal Control (SOP’s) for Finance Team and other Departments
• Responding to other report requests by management

What we seek:

• Negotiation skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
• A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
• Deadline‑oriented and ability to stick to time constraints
• Willingness to work in shifting schedules (weekends or public holidays)

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years experience as Finance Accounting or similar role (experience in the same industry or public accounting firm is preferred)
• Familiar with accounting software and systems (e.g., Xero / Netsuite)
• Good understanding of MS Office
