Job summary
A leading sales solutions provider is seeking an Area Sales Representative for Greater Cirebon. The role involves building relationships with key outlets, ensuring marketing offers are implemented, and leading demand generation activities. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in lubricants or FMCG industries. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience preferably in lubricants / FMCG industries.
- Knowledge of relevant areas (distribution, sales operation) is desirable.
- Have a Driver License (SIM A).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationship with key outlets (market visit).
- Ensure implementation of marketing offer on assigned territory.
- Lead and monitor demand generation activities.

- Ensure implementation of marketing offer on assigned territory
- Lead and monitor demand generation activities (Trade meets/ Market storming)
- Driving retailer/IWS network expansion, thruput, product mix & realization
- DSR productivity monitoring and coaching (market coverage, PJP)
- Select retailers/IWS for branding deployment
- Gather market intelligence & feedback
- Collaborate within EM and alignment with distributor
- Drive adoption of digital tools (SFADMS, CB/ITP, DMS)
- Track promotional material utilization effectiveness
- Monthly sales performance tracking vs DBP (collaboration with DB)
- Build customer profiling
- Bachelor degree (S1)
- Minimum 3 years experience preferably in lubricants / FMCG industries
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team.
- Excellence communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in building with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant areas (distribution, sales operation) is desirable
- Have a Driver License (SIM A)
