About the role
FKS Group is seeking an experienced Sales Sr Specialist (B2B) food ingredients to join our team in Jakarta. This full-time role will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales performance to support the company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account management strategies to expand existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Identify new customers, cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients through excellent communication, consultative selling, and exceptional customer service
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs
- Achieve sales target through proactive prospecting, pipeline management, prepare and delivering sales proposal, and effective closing techniques
- Provide regular reports and performance updates to management on account activities, challenges, and growth plans
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer requirements to identify new revenue streams
What we\'re looking for
- Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience in a food/ingredients/fragrance manufacture
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills with the ability to understand and articulate complex solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a data-driven and analytical approach to account management
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in using Ms. Office
