About the role

FKS Group is seeking an experienced Sales Sr Specialist (B2B) food ingredients to join our team in Jakarta. This full-time role will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales performance to support the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to expand existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Identify new customers, cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients through excellent communication, consultative selling, and exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs
  • Achieve sales target through proactive prospecting, pipeline management, prepare and delivering sales proposal, and effective closing techniques
  • Provide regular reports and performance updates to management on account activities, challenges, and growth plans
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer requirements to identify new revenue streams
What we\'re looking for
