Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, lead budget preparation and optimize resource efficiency assessment;
• Coordinate accounting, capital, and cost management to ensure accurate and efficient business and financial data and financial compliance and security;
• Build a financial risk control and internal audit system to strengthen closed-loop management of capital security and audit rectification;
• Build a professional financial team, promote the integration and coordination of business and finance, and cultivate a cultural gene of compliance;
• Be responsible for capital management and cash flow optimization to ensure the rational use and liquidity of funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• 6+ years of finance experience with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role (corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, or treasury).
• Proven experience delivering in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and resource optimization.
• Strong accounting knowledge (GAAP/IFRS) and experience coordinating accounting, cost management, and capital reporting.
