The Purchasing/Costing Analyst will be responsible for implementing several systems from the cost break down perspective by working closely with all internal departments and factories. The candidate will be expected to develop and implement process improvements across all these functions.

What You'll Do:

• Work with the factories on confirming the FOB for each season timely.
• Work with product team and factories confirming the proto sample price.
• Based on the costing calendar to deliver all the product prices on time.
• Ensures timely reactions to revisit/redevelop costing, and in conjunction with the product team, pricing for serious opportunities as required to secure the business.
• Creates and manages a communication process to ensure quoted process details and the assumptions are appropriately handed off to the Product Team for all new awards and that all subsequent engineering changes are quoted and documented in a timely manner.
• Works with others including but not limited to, Finance, Product development team, Manufacturing to understand future and existing capabilities, cost models, customer relationships and their association to the strategic business interests of the Business Unit.
• Together with Product team defines targets and goals and prepares documents that track performance relative to these targets.
• Creates and maintains Open Quotes Status & Priorities report.
• Other duties as assigned.

What to Bring:

• Finance/Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
• +5 years recent experience in costing.
• Sport product category knowledge, negotiation skills and supply market.
• Good knowledge of cost drivers and finance.
• Sound knowledge of production and production technologies, including relevant material(s).
• Possess negotiation skills and fluent in English.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to attend to multiple concurrent tasks.
• Highly developed analytical strengths; a keen ability for identifying and solving problems.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
