Job summary

A leading energy solutions provider in Indonesia is seeking a Senior Lab Analyst with extensive experience in the Oil & Gas industry. The candidate must have a minimum of a Diploma 3 or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Biology and over 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include performing chemical analyses, ensuring test accuracy, and guiding junior analysts. Proficiency in English and familiarity with laboratory standards and equipment are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as Sr. Lab Analyst in Oil & Gas Industry.
  • At least 3 years experience in O&M Project in Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform chemical and physical analyses of oil, gas, and water samples.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.
  • Operate, maintain, and calibrate analytical instruments.
  • Review analytical data and prepare laboratory reports.
  • Support laboratory QA/QC programs and participate in audits.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior analysts.

Skills

Fluent spoken and written English

  • Review analytical data, prepare laboratory reports, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Support laboratory QA/QC programs and participate in internal and external audits.
  • Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior analysts or technicians.
