  • Conduct regular yacht inspections to assess interior crew performance and provide on-site guidance and training.

Interior Operations & Standards:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive interior management plans for each yacht, tailored to its specific needs and owner preferences.
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organization are consistently maintained throughout all interior spaces.
  • Oversee inventory management of interior provisions, fine china, glassware, linens, amenities, and guest supplies.
  • Source and recommend high-quality interior products, including cleaning supplies, toiletries, and decorative items.
  • Manage budgets related to interior outfitting, supplies, and crew training.

Refit & Maintenance Oversight (Interior Focus):

  • Oversee the procurement and installation of new interior items, furniture, and fittings.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and care of interior finishes, fabrics, and specialized equipment.
  • Ensure that all interior systems and fixtures are functioning correctly.
  • Complete regular visits on board inspecting the interior for wear and tear and initiating necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Work closely with the Client Manager to understand owner preferences and ensure the interior service exceeds expectations for all voyages and events.
  • Provide expert advice to owners and captains on interior design, service protocols, and guest amenities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any interior-related issues efficiently and discreetly.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure all interior operations comply with relevant maritime regulations, health & safety standards, and environmental best practices.
  • Oversee the proper storage and handling of chemicals and cleaning agents.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a comprehensive list of interior suppliers and updating any changes to the Company CRM.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest trends in yacht interior design and decoration.
  • Participation in industry events and yacht shows.
  • Providing expert guidance and support to the captain and other crew members.
