The Royal London Yacht Club is seeking an ambitious and experienced chef to deliver high-quality food for a discerning clientele. The role includes managing kitchen operations and catering for private events, particularly during busy seasons like Cowes Week. A background in event catering is preferred, ensuring excellent service and food quality throughout the greater season.
You will be a hard working passionate, ambitious and experienced chef producing high quality food. This role would suit someone who has a passion for using fresh, quality ingredients for a discerning clientele in a private Members Club. Event Catering experience would be an advantage.
The candidate will:
Working Hours- Flexible but Core service times are Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun (+prep time during week) occasional mid week events
Adhoc events to cater for out of the sailing season and more hours in season for regattas, Cowes Week etc
