Job description

You will be a hard working passionate, ambitious and experienced chef producing high quality food. This role would suit someone who has a passion for using fresh, quality ingredients for a discerning clientele in a private Members Club. Event Catering experience would be an advantage.

The candidate will:

  • Produce fantastic food to a high level, including breakfast, lunch and dinner (Mainly Weekends)
  • Be inventive in menu choices and flexible in approach to service times
  • Possess excellent communication skills, co-operate with other Team members
  • Ensure accurate records are kept at all times relating to the food production and wastage for all service periods.
  • Ensure that all foods are labelled, stored and handled in accordance to Health and Safety requirements.
  • Fully manage your kitchen; this includes ordering, food preparation, service and handovers.
  • Maintain the standards laid down by the management
  • Have previous experience in a similar role

Working Hours- Flexible but Core service times are Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun (+prep time during week) occasional mid week events

Adhoc events to cater for out of the sailing season and more hours in season for regattas, Cowes Week etc
