What are we looking for from applicants?

Sea View Yacht Club is seeking individuals with experience in these roles, particularly those who are passionate and skilled in providing high-quality customer service. Candidates should also possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards their work.

As we approach Easter & also our sailing charter season, we are looking to fill positions within our house team, including supervisory roles for applicants with relevant experience.

Sea View Yacht Club, a prestigious sailing club founded in 1893 and located in Seaview on the Isle of Wight, attracts members from all over the world who come to enjoy the club's offerings both on and off the water. Our hospitality team prides itself on delivering exceptional service in a professional yet welcoming environment, catering to various dining needs and events.

The main responsibilities for these positions include setting up the club for service, welcoming guests, taking orders, providing excellent customer service, delivering food orders, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all members, members' guests & chartering guests.

The ideal candidates will exhibit a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical fitness is also required for these roles.
