A well-established precision engineering manufacturer in Aylesbury is seeking a CNC Machine Shop Production Supervisor. This key role combines technical expertise and leadership, focusing on CNC turning and milling operations. The successful candidate will drive improvements in efficiency and performance while mentoring a team of CNC setters and operators. A competitive salary of £60,000 – £65,000, performance-related bonuses, and benefits including training and a pension scheme are offered.
Our client is a well-established precision engineering manufacturer based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The business produces high-quality, low to medium volume components for demanding engineering sectors and is investing in continuous improvement, capability growth, and leadership development. They now have a vacancy for a CNC Machine Shop Production Supervisor to take hands-on responsibility for CNC turning and milling operations.
This is a technical leadership position, combining strong CNC capability with shopfloor supervision, production performance ownership, and continuous improvement delivery. The successful candidate will be a visible presence on the shopfloor, supporting programming and setting activity while leading, coaching, and developing a team of CNC setters and operators. The position will suit someone who enjoys being technically involved, takes ownership of results, and is motivated by improving efficiency, discipline, and output.
