A UK manufacturing company is seeking a Production Team Leader for their Chandlers Ford site. The successful candidate will manage production teams, ensuring targets for delivery and productivity are met while adhering to safety and environmental standards. Key qualifications include a relevant degree or NVQ, leadership experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. To complement our teams and to continually drive quality through the manufacturing process we are inviting applications for the position of Production Team Leader, to be based at our Pump Sales and Manufacturing site in Chandlers Ford.
As Production Team Leader you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily production activities ensuring delivery and productivity targets are met. You'll manage the production teams to create products in line with the company's environmental, health and safety standards while complying with all external regulations.
