A leading recruitment agency is supporting an award-winning developer in finding a Planning Manager for their Uxbridge office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, a degree in Town Planning or a related discipline, and strong communication skills. This role involves managing planning applications and liaising with local authorities. The position offers a competitive salary between £40,000 and £60,000 depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated planner with 2+ years of experience to step into a client-side role, taking ownership of the planning process across a diverse residential portfolio. You will coordinate applications, liaise with local authorities and stakeholders, and support the progression of schemes from early feasibility through to determination.
