Due to continued growth, we have a brand new, exciting opportunity for a Learning Administrator to join our busy HR team.

The role:

As Learning Administrator, you will administer the learning module within our HR System for employees based across the Blatchford Group. You will support learning and development activities at Blatchford.

• Ensuring all current training records are housed in our new learning module, creating excel data sets for upload
• Managing and maintaining accurate compliance training, quality procedures and work instruction training records in our learning module
• Assigning training documents to employees according to specified training requirements
• Running reports to show training completion status and supporting managers to run their own reporting
• Developing and maintaining up to date knowledge of our learning module to enable optimal utilisation of the functionality
• Acting as the first point of contact for our learning module for global teams
• Completing external training course booking administration as required
• Providing reports and MI as required
• Supporting L&D Business Partner and HR colleagues to implement new initiatives and assist with the development, implementation and delivery of the People strategy

What are we looking for?

As Learning Administrator, you will have the following:

• GCSE in Math and English (or equivalent)
• Previous HR Administration experience, within a busy environment
• Able to interpret data
• Planning and prioritisation skills
• Flexible and adaptable
• Team Player
• Diligent with an excellent attention to detail
• Previous L&D Systems experience would be advantageous.
