Year 3 Primary Teacher

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Year 3 Primary Teacher to join a thriving school in Tunbridge Wells. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners and have a proven track record of teaching at Key Stage 2, we would love to hear from you.

This position is available from the start of the summer term (mid-April start), with the option to transition to a permanent role for the right candidate.

• Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons for Year 3 students.
• Planning and assessing work to meet the needs of all learners.
• Encouraging a positive and nurturing learning environment.
• Supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of children.
• Collaborating with fellow teachers and staff to ensure consistent standards across the school.
• Communicating effectively with parents and carers to ensure the progress and well-being of students.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience teaching Year 3 or within primary education.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for helping students thrive.
