A leading AI analytics firm in London is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles, particularly within Go-To-Market functions. This position requires a proactive individual who excels in fast-paced environments, possesses a strong consultative approach, and is passionate about candidate experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven experience in high-volume recruiting, understand EMEA markets, and possess excellent communication skills. This role is hybrid and offers an opportunity to influence hiring strategy significantly.
Qualifikationen
- Proven experience in high-volume hiring in a technology environment.
- Ability to build trusted partnerships and influence decision makers.
- Experience in EMEA markets.
Aufgaben
- Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles in GTM functions.
- Build consultative relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Provide market insights and talent mapping to support hiring strategies.
- Source and engage top-tier candidates through innovative strategies.
- Manage multiple roles while ensuring candidate experience remains outstanding.
