The Senior Finance Director for TSG UK will lead the UK finance team as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, driving financial performance and business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner, advising leadership on financial performance and transformation initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles to support business objectives.
• Drive commercial initiatives including pricing strategies and margin optimization.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and statutory requirements.
• Optimise cash flow and working capital, improving asset efficiency.
• Oversee UK pension schemes governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
• Extensive finance experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with proven ability to drive transformation.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of UK pension regulations and experience managing DB/DC schemes.
