Job description

Join Ecolab as a Technical Service Specialist and provide expert technical consulting and support to help our customers achieve operational excellence. In this role, you will leverage your technical proficiency and knowledge of Ecolab products to deliver outstanding service and solutions.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Provide contractual service and assist customers with problem‑solving support regarding Ecolab's products, applications, and solutions.
  • Deliver on‑site field service and/or 24‑hour over‑the‑phone or on‑site assistance.
  • Conduct site surveys, product/application/system audits, and assist Sales in preparing new business proposals.
  • Ensure implementation of the Six Service Standards at all client sites.
  • Offer expert advice and assistance to internal staff and customers in specific areas of expertise.
  • Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a technical field (or equivalent).
  • 2‑3 years of experience in an industrial or mechanical environment; water treatment experience preferred.
  • Awareness of best practices and ability to develop technical proficiency.
  • Moderate level of independence and ability to manage day‑to‑day needs of an account.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and customer‑focused approach.
  • Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
