In this role, you'll take real ownership of a caseload of plumbing and heating apprentices, guiding them from induction to qualification and beyond. You'll use your trade experience to deliver high-quality training and assessment in the workplace, build trusted relationships with employers, and give apprentices the confidence, skills and support they need to succeed. From agreeing learning programmes and booking End Point Assessments to supporting Gas Safe registration, you'll be right at the heart of their journey. You'll also play a key part in keeping standards high—maintaining accurate records, contributing to quality assurance, internal verification and standardisation.
