A leading IT service provider in Manchester is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to deliver high-quality support on IT hardware and software installations across various customer locations. The role requires a clean driving license and potential security clearance. Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service and technical skills, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently. The position offers a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 along with extensive company benefits and a hybrid working model.
Attend a range of customer sites to provide high quality support on installation and deployment of IT hardware and software products, within the required parameters. Security Clearance (or the willingness to apply) will be required for this role. Driving License is essential.

Salary Package: £28,000 - £30,000 plus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid-for volunteering days a year. Hours: 9.00 AM - 5.30 PM, Monday – Friday. Interview Process: 2‑stage process.
