Job summary
A staffing agency in Scotland is looking for a Service Coordinator to manage engineer scheduling and customer communications. The role is initially a temporary placement for 3 months with the potential to become permanent. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude. Experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential. Competitive salary offered, working Monday to Friday on-site.

Skills
3 month Temp to perm opportunity. Salary £13-£14 per hour depending upon experience. 5 days on site Monday to Friday. Based at Bellshill. This is initially for a 3 month temporary placement with the intention that the role will go permanent following the initial 3 months.

Our Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) division delivers project solutions, maintenance & service solutions that support customers" manufacturing, cold storage and R&D testing requirements. We are the OEM for SABROE, Frick Compressors & York products with trained engineers located nationally providing project solutions along with planned, preventative & reactive works to our target markets being meat, poultry, food manufacturing, beverage, cold storage, general manufacturing, leisure, pharmaceutical & automotive.
- Overall Engineer scheduling
- Engineers Utilisation (Time & Attendance)
- Engineer Planner Management
- Engineer Timesheet Processing
- Raising Jobs - Maintenance, Quoted & Reactive
- Parts Ordering
- Communicating with Customers (Verbally and in Writing)
- Obtaining Customer POs
- Key Customer - System Management
- Maintaining Customer KPIs
- Customer Invoicing
- Customer Quotations / Estimates (Driven from Engineer Timesheets)
- WIP Management
- Maintaining Engineer Training Matrix
- Accounts Receivable / Payable Management
- EHS Management
- FGAS Legislation Compliance
- Strong organisational skills
- Focused on customer engagement & management
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Capable of working without documented procedures and with limited supervision
- A committed 'can do' positive attitude with the ability to integrate and work as a member of a team
